First-Time Login & New App

We are working hard to help every member access the new online banking platform and mobile app. We spent months testing and preparing for our go-live launch, but still ran into challenges. In order to help alleviate some of the stress on our call center and branch employees, here is a breakdown of what is needed for the first-time login.

USERNAME: Member Number/Account Number/User ID (these are all the same number) – i.e. 1234567

PASSWORD: Last 4 of Primary account holder’s SSN + number from above – i.e. 12341234567

If you’re still having trouble with online banking, please call (844) 761-5111

Mobile app users:

Search: Alta Vista Credit Union in your device’s app store, or click the link to go directly to it:

Google Play Store – Android app requires Android 8 or higher

Apple App Store – iOS app requires iOS 13 or higher

Download new app: Looks like this

Please delete our old app from your home screen, as it no longer works.
