Concerns about COVID-19 are impacting every community and changing how we go about our daily lives. We are here for you and care about those affected by this virus. Alta Vista Credit Union is determined to ensure you have continued access to financial services.

Our Redlands branch remains open, for now, however we have decided to close the lobby to our Rialto branch beginning Monday, March 23rd, as a precaution and attempt to help flatten the curve and limit social interaction.

Please remember that your Alta Vista savings and checking accounts are fully insured by the NCUA up to $250,000.

Social distancing is the best way to help reduce the overall impact and spread of the virus. Alta Vista offers several ways to limit conducting business in-person.

  1. Both branch locations offer drive-up ATMs for you to safely and securely conduct a wide range of financial transactions. Our Rialto ATMs will remain accessible during the branch closure.
  2. Our Call Center is open M-F 9a – 6p, and Saturdays 9a – 2p to conduct financial transactions, 909.809.3838 or toll free 888.382.7999.
  3. Download the Alta Vista Internet 24 app to pay bills, deposit checks, transfer funds, and more – all from your smart phone or tablet.
  4. Did you know that being an Alta Vista Credit Union member gives you access to more than 55,000 surcharge-free ATMs worldwide? Most of our Alta Vista ATMs allow you to deposit checks and cash directly into your account. Text a Zip Code to 91989 to find the nearest surcharge-free ATM.

Beware of fraud

It’s unfortunate, but fraudsters are using fear and urgency tactics around COVID-19 to prey on consumers. They may pose as communications from expert sources such as the CDC, the World Health Organizations, or other “expert” sources. Do not respond to, click links, or open attachments you receive from suspicious emails or texts.

Alta Vista will never call or email you asking for your account information. When you call the credit union, you will be asked questions to verify your identity.

It’s important to make sure your contact information with Alta Vista is up to date, making it easier for us to verify your identity if you need to conduct business over the phone. To request a change of address, you may reach a Call Center Representative at 909.809.3838 or 888.382.7999, choose option 2, M-F 9a – 6p and Saturday 9a  -2p.
