We know life gets busy and payments can slip your mind. You may receive a reminder when your payment is due or 10 days past due. Simply click the button in the message to make a fast secure payment.

A small convenience fee is typically charged for online payments. However, to give you the experience of our new fast and easy notification system, we are waiving this fee.

As with any communication from us, you can opt out at any time. Each message will include an option to unsubscribe.

How to verify your payment reminder texts

Our text message will include part of your account number and the payment due, showing we already have your information. It will also display "Alta Vista Credit Union" in the message and come from the phone number (909) 303-1041, which you can save as a trusted contact.

Our payment link will include "AVCU" in the address for verification. If you have any concerns feel free to call us to confirm.

Stay Secure: How to verify legitimate communications from us

Always verify communications are from us. Check the email address for "Alta Vista Credit Union" or "AVCU" and look for any spelling or punctuation errors. We will never ask for your PIN or Online Banking Password. If you're unsure, call us for peace of mind.

Accounts are conveniently labeled, such as “1” for Savings, “2” for Checking or “152” for Loans. Please verify your account labels in online banking or call us for verification. You can always press 0 during business hours to talk to a representative.
You can pay almost anyone using Bill Pay. Simply click the “New Payee” button and select between Businesses and People. The online form will help you fill out all the information you need to enter. Pay things like mortgages, utility bills, phone bills, credit cards, loans, photographers, doctors, and services.

Order Checks
You can get Alta Vista Perks with our Prestige and Prime checking accounts. Pro checking is not eligible.
This can be done in three easy steps: 1) Click on Bill Pay menu option 2) Select Transfers 3) Select “+ Accounts” option. Two small test deposits will be sent to the external account within 3 business days.
