It has come to our attention that a text message was inadvertently sent to some of our members by a third-party vendor. One of which was intended for members of Heritage South Credit Union and the other was released prematurely for members of Alta Vista Credit Union. Once this service for loan payment is ready, you will receive the correct communication and opportunity to opt-in for this service.

Please be assured that your personal and account information remains secure. We are working closely with the vendor to understand how this occurred and to ensure that it does not happen again in the future.
