Our team is actively working to resolve this problem as quickly as possible. Over the past few days, we have experienced unexpected delays in processing electronic transfers initiated through our digital banking platform. These delays primarily affect loan payments to external institutions and transfers between accounts at Alta Vista Credit Union and other financial institutions. Please note that no member funds have been lost, and this issue pertains solely to the timing of transfers.

We understand the importance of timely and accurate financial transactions and sincerely apologize for any disruption this may cause. Our team is currently investigating the root cause and implementing measures to prevent similar occurrences in the future. While we work towards resolving this issue, we kindly request your patience and understanding. We will provide regular updates on our progress and inform you once the problem is fully resolved. Rest assured, restoring seamless electronic transfer services is our top priority.

In the meantime, we recommend the following alternatives to minimize any impact on your financial activities:

  1. Loan Payments:
    • Consider mailing a check or visiting one of our branches to make loan payments.
  2. Account-to-Account Transfers:
    • For urgent transfers, please visit one of our branches, where our staff will assist you.
    • Utilize external transfer services provided by your financial institution for moving funds between accounts.

If you opt for alternative methods, please be aware that it may take slightly longer for transactions to reflect on your Alta Vista Credit Union accounts due to the ongoing issue. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
