Dear Valued Alta Vista Member,
Recent concerns relating to the COVID-19 (coronavirus) has appropriately generated significant public attention and changes in guidelines prescribed by health officials such as the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO). As we monitor the impact and uncertainty of this virus, clear and concise communication is vital. The safety, wellbeing and continual personal and professional support of the people we work with and serve is of the utmost importance to all of us at Alta Vista Credit Union. Currently, Alta Vista’s offices remain open with no immediate concerns. We expanded our technology capacity to ensure all employees can securely access our networks remotely, if and when necessary. Rest assured, Alta Vista is fully capable and committed to providing our members access, assistance and support for all their needs and financial services.

We want to emphasize again that Alta Vista is actively monitoring all aspects of this current situation and will quickly communicate any updates or changes that may be necessary. Our hearts go out to all those affected and we hope all is well with your families. During trying times, proactive, two-way communication is critical, along with creative solutions.
